This treatment center offers a variety of payment options including: self-pay; Medicare; Medicaid; state-financed insurance; private insurance (Cigna, Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Blue, United Healthcare, Amerihealth, Beech Street, Humana Health, Claremont Behavioral, Federal Blue Cross, Compcare, Integrated Behavioral, Compsynch, Healthsmart, Health One); income-based sliding fee scale; and luxury and private pay.
Another Treatment Center offers outpatient services for the following treatments: detoxification; substance abuse treatment; methadone detoxification; methadone maintenance; and treatment for buprenorphine and suboxone. Self-pay is the only option here.
Other centers in Gary offer drug abuse treatment services, including: aftercare addiction management (sober living facilities, halfway houses); outpatient counseling services; residential long-term inpatient treatment; and residential short-term inpatient treatment (typically 30 days or less). Only men are accepted. Self-pay is the primary option here, though luxury and private pay are also offered.
